The indicator of the transactions number in Q2 of 2021 in the primary business-class housing market could not break the record of the last year end, although it remained high. Such a result is based on two opposite factors: the change in the conditions for granting subsidized mortgages from July 1, which almost excludes Moscow from this preferential program, and expectations of growth in mortgage rates supported the demand against a record price increase almost to 400,000 rubles/sq. m. The price pressure will increase even more in the next quarter and the above-mentioned factors will cease. So, perhaps, we will have promotional offers from developers to maintain the demand
