Description
This agriturismo is a lovely mix of traditional and modern agricultural buildings which have been cleverly converted into a very well run and vibrant resort, set in the heart of Tuscany almost equidistant from Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
The borgo, dating back to the 17th century, is set up on a large, raised mound in the centre of its 93 ha of land, making it very private but also producing wonderful far-reaching views towards the local mountains over its own vineyards, olive groves, woodland, pasture and lake.
The property has six buildings in total, surrounded by well-manicured Tuscan gardens.
Four buildings are a mix of finely restored stone farmhouses, stables and a villa, all now used for hosting guests in the resort.
There are 12 apartments/suites, variable in size, spread throughout the borgo, with great attention given to their individual privacy.
The apartments are all decorated with a clean, modern, light and airy feel but grounded with a warm mix of beautiful Tuscan antiques and soft furnishings.

The maximum capacity of the borgo is 60 bedrooms in an area of approximately 1520 sq m.
The newer agricultural buildings have been transformed into the resort hub, housing the uplifting and creative external dining area as the entrance to the hospitality zone, which leads directly into the hotel reception, the indoor restaurant and the bar serviced by the hidden professional kitchens and the guest cloak rooms.
Leading further onward past these areas is a very large and modern grand reception room with lots of large windows for hosting large events or parties, which also enjoys its own external but covered dining terrace with magnificent views.
Very close by and exceptionally, there are two very large and well-positioned swimming pools with their own garden areas and terraces, easily serviced by the bar, restaurant, and kitchens, again with great views.
The land use is distributed as follows:
Vineyards - 11 ha; Olive groves - 2.3 ha; Arboretum 6.73 ha; Arable - 5.48 ha; Coppice woodland - 28.44 ha; Mixed forest - 38.07 ha; Garden - 0.37 ha; Other land - 0.8 ha.
The farm produces its own wine, olive oil, chestnut and walnut oil, which are all used by the restaurant.
